Connie Han

Connie oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial, tax, and accounting reporting at Alpine Start Development.

Prior to joining ASD in 2025, Connie was the VP of Finance at The Dermot Company, a vertically integrated real estate company with over $5 billion AUM focusing on multifamily properties Class A properties based out of NYC and FL. During her 7 years tenure at Dermot, she worked on setting up accounting systems, property management reporting, fund reporting, tax reporting/planning, and corporate accounting. Before The Dermot Company, Connie started her career at KPMG LLP as a tax accountant specializing in joint ventures, international institutional partners, and domestic non-profits.

Connie graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with Master in Professional Accounting and Business Honors Program degrees and is a Certified Public Accountant.

After meeting her husband and spending majority of her early career in New York, her family decided to move back to the Dallas area after the birth of her oldest daughter and to continue growing their family. She now enjoys spending time with their two daughters in the parks of Dallas and going on travel adventures with her family of four.
