Guy Gregory is a seasoned construction executive, family man, and active leader in his church community. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science (1996), Guy began his career in construction immediately after earning his degree. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, having served as a computer programmer on Global Positioning System software during the Persian Gulf War.
Guy’s construction career spans nearly three decades, with deep expertise in high-rise, mixed-use, and multifamily projects throughout Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. He has held leadership roles with top firms such as Crescent Communities, CBG Building Company, Balfour Beatty Construction, and BBL Builders, managing projects ranging from $11 million to $200 million in value. His portfolio includes landmark developments like Novel Turtle Creek in Dallas, NOVEL White Fence Farm in Denver, MAA Midtown Phoenix, Indie Deep Ellum in Dallas, and Trovita Rio in Phoenix, among others. Guy is known for delivering projects ahead of schedule and under budget, even in challenging circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic
Throughout his career, Guy has excelled in project management, cost control, construction scheduling, value engineering, contract negotiation, and risk management. He is adept at uniting teams of skilled professionals to achieve shared objectives and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship. His technical proficiencies include Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Visio, and the full Microsoft Office Suite
Outside of work, Guy enjoys boating and is dedicated to his family and faith. He is an active leader in his church, reflecting his commitment to service and community.
