Jack Feldman

Jack is an experienced real estate operator focused on the Sunbelt region, with expertise in capitalization, structuring, due diligence, entitlement, and development management. At ASD, he leads the origination, financing, joint venture structuring, and execution of investments. He has overseen the development or acquisition of 1,700 units and managed $420 million in capitalized value, with a focus on institutional and sub-institutional attainable housing.

Prior to ASD, Jack was with Lincoln Property Company (“LPC”), a global full-service real estate operator, where he was responsible for investments across the Sunbelt. During his tenure, he executed more than $4.9 billion in transactions, encompassing 4.0 million square feet of office space, 2.9 million square feet of industrial space, and 1,300 residential units. He led critical initiatives during LPC’s recapitalization with Stone Point Capital, including supporting the sale due diligence process, valuing the existing portfolio, and modernizing the company’s real estate ownership records. This recapitalization represented a major growth and succession milestone for the 60-year-old company. Following the transaction, Jack coordinated the investment committee process, overseeing the presentation, underwriting, and management of LPC’s development projects.

A native of the greater Washington, D.C. area, Jack holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, camping, cheering for the Longhorns and VfB Stuttgart, and spending time with his family.
