Jack Feldman

Jack oversees origination, financing, joint venture structuring, and execution of investments. He has a deep understanding of a variety of product types, including multifamily, office, industrial, life science, mixed use, and medical office.

Prior to his current role, Jack served at Lincoln Property Company (“LPC”), a global full-service real estate operator, where he was responsible for investments throughout the Sunbelt region. During his tenure at LPC, Jack executed over $4.8 billion in capitalized value of transactions, including 4.3 million square feet of office, 7.2 million square feet of industrial, and 1,700 units. He also assisted with the investment committee process, underwriting, and oversight of LPC’s development projects.

Jack graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing soccer, camping, cheering for the Longhorns, and spending time with his family.
