Jacobe Chandler

Jacobe Chandler serves as President of Alpine Start Construction, where he directs all aspects of construction operations, from initial planning and design coordination through project execution and completion. With more than two decades of construction leadership experience, Jacobe has developed a reputation for delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, safety, and financial discipline.

Prior to co-founding the construction arm of ASD, Jacobe held senior roles with OHT Partners and The Hanover Company, where he played a key role in the successful delivery of more than 15,000 multifamily units representing over $1.2 billion in hard construction costs. His work has spanned every phase of the project lifecycle, providing him with deep expertise in contract negotiation, team development, value engineering, and risk management.

Born and raised in McKinney, Texas, Jacobe earned his B.S. in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He further sharpened his leadership and strategic negotiation skills through Harvard Business School’s Negotiation Mastery program. Known for his ability to build strong partnerships across owners, investors, and trade partners, Jacobe brings both technical acumen and business insight to every venture.

Beyond his professional work, Jacobe is a devoted family man who enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time outdoors with his wife and children. His blend of operational expertise, financial oversight, and entrepreneurial drive has made him a trusted leader in the construction and development community.
