Marr Takeuchi

Marr Takeuchi is responsible for international business development and equity investment strategy at Alpine Start Development (ASD). Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Mr. Takeuchi brings specialized expertise in sourcing and syndicating Japanese equity capital for U.S. real estate development and investment projects.

Over the past eight years, Mr. Takeuchi has worked in close partnership with David Eitches on more than 15 transactions, representing an aggregate project volume in excess of $300 million. His work emphasizes disciplined capital structuring, investor alignment, and the advancement of cross-border investment opportunities.

Mr. Takeuchi holds the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Certified International Property Specialist (CPS). In addition to his role with ASD, he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of GAC Real Estate Solutions.
