Noah Akiona

Noah Akiona serves as a Development Associate at Alpine Start Development, where he supports the full development process for the firm’s projects. In his role, he helps advance projects through key stages of development, including due diligence, entitlements, design and consultant coordination, and execution.

Prior to joining Alpine Start, Noah interned across real estate development, investment, and brokerage, gaining exposure to multiple areas of the commercial real estate industry. He has also completed internships in hedge funds, venture capital, and investment banking, providing him with a broad foundation across real estate, finance, and investment.

Originally from Hawaii, Noah earned his MBA in Artificial Intelligence Strategy and his BBA in Finance and Business Management from Newman University, where he was a collegiate bowler and three-time All-American. Outside of work, he enjoys bowling, golf, pickleball, staying active, and is a private aviation enthusiast.
