Project Overview

The project is a 238-unit, two-story multifamily development in Waxahachie, Texas, designed to deliver a differentiated residential product in a market with exceptionally high barriers to entry and limited new multifamily supply. The community will feature a motor-cove layout, a U-shaped building configuration centered around an internal motor court, where 83% of residences are served by private, tuck-under garages.
